RETURNS | EXCHANGES | REFUNDS:

For physical products:
We will do our best to ensure that you are happy with your order. However, in the case that you would like a refund or an exchange, we will accept them on the basis that they are returned to us in original, saleable condition within 30 days of receipt.
EXCEPTION: *** Due to the nature of face masks and the COVID-19 situation (for health/hygiene reasons) – I CANNOT OFFER ANY RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR FACE MASKS. *** that being said, If you have an issue with your order once you receive it please contact me and let me know.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will exchange your item(s) or refund your money (minus shipping costs). You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs.

For custom work & digital file orders:
** Sorry, but all sales are final on custom made and digital file orders. There may be refunds for custom work up until a certain point, see each individual listing description for refund terms of that particular custom service.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
If for some reason your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours. We will replace the item upon proof of damage.

LOST ITEMS:
Please contact us if you have not received your item(s) in the time frame specified under “shipping”. We are not responsible for prints that are lost during shipping. However, we will replace small orders free of charge. For larger orders, items will be replaced only if you purchased insurance or pay a small fee to cover the additional cost. We consider a package lost if it has not arrived 6 weeks after the shipping date. Replacements will be shipped only after the full six weeks.
